PRICE LIST FOR WINTER 2011- 2012

- All prices are per apartment/ per night with minimum capacity of the room / 2 people per studio and one- bedroom apartment and 4 people per two- bedroom/ and include:

- Breakfast, indoor pool, sauna, steam bath, fitness room, bus shuttle to/ from the gondola lift on schedule /, community tax.

Discounts:

- Children up to 5 years old- free of charge; child from 6 to 11 years old on regular bed pay 70% of adult price.

- Single occupancy is charged 90% of the price. Not valid for a studio / single occupancy in a studio to pay the full price.

- Early booking- 10% discount for bookings made until 20.11.2011 with 100% payment up to 30.11.2011.

- Groups over 20 people-10% discount for arrivals in the medium and low season.

Packages:

- 7 = 6, 10 = 9, 14 = 12 for accommodation in medium and low season

Supplements:

- Dinner:- 10 Euro per adult/ 5 Euro for child from 6 to 12 years old.

- New Year' s Eve Dinner (compulsory)- 70 Euro per adult/ 35 Euro per child from 12 to 16 years, 18 Euro for children from 06 to 11 years old.

- Christmas Dinner (not compulsory)- 40 Euro per adult/ 20 Euro per child from 12 to 16 years, 11 Euro for child from 06 to 11 years old.

Free nights and discounts for Early bookings can not be combined.

Dinner supplement is subject to early booking with exception of the high season.

New Year' s and Christmas Dinner are not subject to Early booking.

Regnum apartments, Bansko

Location: Regnum apart hotel occupies an ideal location in the town of Bansko, just 400 meters from the gondola ski lift at the foot of Pirin mountain.

Accommodation: Apartment hotel Regnum in Bansko consists of 5 contiguous buildings. They all have 20 studios, 100 one- bedroom and 15 two- bedroom apartments. The studios and apartments offer their guests the following amenities: terrace with table and chairs, heating, insulating curtains, mechanical locks, full- length mirror, table and sofa, fully equipped kitchen- A and B block, desk, cable TV, refrigerator & mini bar, phone and bathroom suites, separate storage space, wardrobe, bathroom, complimentary toiletries, hair dryer, shower with tub in one and two bedroom apartments and shower in the studios and one bedroom apartments, mirror, telephone, panic button .

Restaurants and bars: Regnum apart hotel has a restaurant which serves meals to its guests from local and foreign meals. The restaurant has 76 seats indoors and 65 seats on the terrace. The lobby bar in its turn has 60 seats. It serves light snacks.

Spa and Leisure Services: Guests of the aparthotel Regnum, Bansko have at their disposal indoor pool with children' s section, fitness center, whirlpool, steam bath, Turkish bath, 2 saunas, room for relaks. There are also classic or exotic massage procedures for body, a variety of spa packages, hydrotherapy treatments for hands and feet.
