Location: The newly built 4-star All Inclusive Hotel LTI Berlin Green Park is situated in the north region of the Golden Sands Resort . The hotel was built in 2003 on 6-storeys and reveal elegant architecture. Situated in the quiet part of resort on the green hill offers stunning views of the Black Sea. The beach and yacht port is situated about 3 minutes walk from the hotel. The surrounding areas dispose many sport activities and entertainment.

Accommodation: The modern complex offers accommodation in 216 comfortable single rooms, airy double and family rooms (2 double rooms separated by intermediate door suitable for families with 2 children or 4 adults), spacious studios and luxurious apartments (area of 50 m2). The decor and furniture are chosen in bright warm tones, black out curtains which make rooms for a pleasant holiday. The rooms and apartments are overlooking the sea and the park and have central air-conditioning with local temperature control. The a la carte restaurant serving traditional Bulgarian and European specialties and branded wines, works every day from 18.00 to 21.00. The charming lobby bar is a cozy nook for relax at any time during the day. It serves cool alcoholic and soft drinks, from 10.00 to 23.00.
